When a long marriage ends, it doesn’t just change your life—it changes how you see yourself.
After my own marriage ended following 39 years, I experienced firsthand how disorienting that shift can be. Not just in your circumstances, but in your sense of identity, direction, and what comes next.
I’m Tatiana Bowers, a Life Transformation Coach and the founder of Me After We.
I help women 45+ move through the “what now?” stage after divorce or loss and create a life that fits who they are now.
Before this work, I spent over 20 years as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult seasons and find clarity.
What I bring to the women I work with is both professional depth and lived experience. I don’t see broken women—I see strong, capable women who have spent years building a life for others and are now ready to build one that reflects who they are.
Today, I live and travel in my motorhome with my dog Twizzy, staying connected with my children, grandchildren, mom, and sisters—creating a life that reflects who I am now.
